The Schumacher Institute Fellowship is a diverse network of fellows and associates dedicated to delivering innovative systems solutions to the world’s most pressing problems through research, training, events and consultancy.

Our consulting fellows work across systems thinking & strategic insight, strategy & goal alignment, organisational development, and bespoke learning programmes.

Consultancy offered by The Schumacher Institute is quite different from a conventional management or strategy consultancy. It’s rooted in systems sciences, ecological perspectives, and the idea that deep, complex problems can only be addressed effectively when you understand whole systems.  Working with one of our experts would help you or your organisation develop strategies that are systems-aware, align your work with sustainability and justice goals, and build capacity.

Our work could be applied to identifying strategy gaps, brief writing, MEL (monitoring, evaluation & learning), setting realistic KPIs, impact reporting, funding applications, funder resource allocation, nature connection, or designing & delivering training.
